Oil half cup (optional)
1 medium onion( crushed)
1 tbl sg garlic peast
1 tbl sp ginger peast
Bri piyali yoghurt (beat well)
1 tea sp Nmk(4 taste)
1 tbl sp red chilli pdr(4 taste)
1.3 t sp heldi
1 t sp Peesa dhenya
2 or 3 curry leaves
2or 3 bri ilachi
3 sbz ilachi
2inch k 2 tukry Daar cheeni
2lemon( juice)
1t sp grm msla pdr
2 pinch blk pepper pdr
Sbz Dhenya few leaves (4 garnishing)
Method
Sb se pehly fish ko 2tbl sp sirka or 1 tbl sp salt lga k half hr k lia rkh ..........aftr half hr wash kr k basket mn rkh dyn ta k fish k pani achi trah nikl jae........
Oil mn keddu kesh kia hoa onion dal k soft kr lyn pink or golden nae kerna.... add ginger , garlic peast...... thorha sa pani ka cheenta lga k achi tra bhon lyn clr na chang ho .......add nmk, mirch, heldi ,peesa dhena ,curry leaves , chotti" bri ilachi ,daar cheeni ,agin pani ka cheenta lga k bhonyn ...... add yoghurt ......or tezi se spoon chlaty jay ta k yougher ka dana na bny......... jb yoghurt ka pani khushk ho jae add or oil nikl ae add lemon juice & fish fish ko ihtiat se msaly mn rkh k chamach nae chelana blky sidon se krahi pekerh k hilana hy ab opr lid de k 5 mnt k lia medium flame pe cook kryn ..... agian sidon se pekerh k krahi ko hilayn chamach bilkul use nae krna 5 mnt low flame pe cook kry agreed pani ki zroorat hy to thora sa dal lyn .......grm msala or plk pepr dhenya k sath garnish kr k flame off kry or grm grm rotti k sath enjoy kryn........aik or baat kuch log fish k sirray psnd kerty hyn wo b same issi treeky se bnty hyn ........
